About our incubator

成立宗旨

依據行政院 108 年 1 月 3 日院臺經字第 1070044997 號函核定之「地方創生國家戰略計畫」，經近年推動後地方創生已形成一股風潮，在臺灣各個角落、各種領域不斷被討論、發掘，進而以各種形式付諸行動，為此國發會思考地方創生政策之轉型，在符合前瞻計畫投資宗旨之前提下更積極加強地方創生配套政策，強化輔導培能訓練，透過中興新村閒置空間活化再生，作為創生培力及青年創業孵化基地，結合多元輔導，串連在地法人及創生社群，協助橋接國內外資源，促進跨領域合作，創造嶄新價值。

TENET

In accordance with The Regional Revitalization National Strategy Scheme set forth in the Tai-Economic 1070044997 Letter issued and agreed by the Executive Yuan on January 3rd, 2019, the regional revitalization trend has been thriving over the years and such trend has been discussed, surveyed and practiced in all sorts of forms at each corner as well as in each domain, which drives the National Development Council to deliberate to transform the regional revitalization policy in line with the Prospective Program investment tenet as the precondition for a more proactive initiative of the regional revitalization supportive policy as well as dedication and incubation of associated competency orientation. The revitalized and regenerated idle space in Chung Hsing New Village will be the revitalization empowerment and young entrepreneur incubation base camp. It is anticipated to link the local and global resources for interdisciplinary collaboration and value innovation via multidimensional guidance in association with local juristic persons and revitalization communities.

設立の目的

行政院が 108 年 1 月 3 日付第 1070044997 号で承認した「地方創生国家戦略計画」により、近年地方創生は台湾のあらゆる地域や分野で議論と模索がなされ、トレンドとなっています。そのため国家発展委員会は地方創生政策の転換を検討し、プロジェクトの目的に沿って、積極的に地方創生の政策を強化し、指導やトレーニングの強化を図っています。中興新村のフリースペースの再生と活性化を通じて、創造性と若者による起業の拠点として活用し、多面的な指導と合わせて、地元企業とクリエイティブコミュニティを繋ぎます。国内外のリソースの橋渡しをし、多領域間協力を促進し、新しい価値の創造に貢献しています。

LOGO 設計理念

回流返巢將希望種子落在這村

此設計台灣中興新村特有的「囊底路」設計做為發想基底，並以 ZRSI 縮寫中的「囊底路」為主要形體進行設計，從地圖俯視角度查看，會發現囊底路如複雜的腦路，亦帶有新創思路的意涵，也包含了連結互相長的概念。Z 的結尾有著在此處發芽的意味，中間的圓圈除了代表囊底路也有＂希望種子＂的意味。商標色系選用紅、綠互補色進行搭配，紅色以表動力鼓舞付諸行動；綠色以表清新活化開枝散葉；黑色以表創生串連孵化有成。
